Our collections are available on our official website, in our physical store in Barcelona, and at many multi-brand retailers. You can see them all here .
On each product page, you can find the equivalent size guide. For bikinis, we provide the measurements for both the top and bottom, so you can measure yourself and choose your size. We've also created a page to help you with this step-by-step guide.
Log in to your account/My Orders to see the status of your order. If your order is ready but there's no tracking information, it's because the shipping company still needs to process it. You'll see the tracking information in the next few days.
If your order has been ready for more than 72 hours and you haven't received any tracking information, please contact us so we can give you more information.
Shipping
Of course! Simply select the country you'd like us to ship your Robin to from the dropdown menu at checkout. If your country isn't listed, please email us at info@robincollection.com and we'll sort it out.

We know you're in a hurry to receive it, so we do everything possible to ensure that the delivery time does not exceed 24/48 hours in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

Exchanges and Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
Yes! If you're in mainland Spain, your first size exchange is free (except for sale items). Access our EXCHANGE PORTAL and enter your order number and email address. From there, request your exchange by following the steps on the screen. It's a simple and fully automated process.
Swimwear exchanges without a hygiene sticker will not be accepted.
If you are outside mainland Spain, you can always request a refund by following the steps described above.
Making a return with us is very easy. Go to our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your order number and email address, then request your return by following the steps you'll see on the screen. It's a simple and completely automatic process.
Please remember that bikinis must be returned complete. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for swimwear without a hygienic sticker.
Payments
American Express, Apple Pay, Bizum by MONEI, Google Pay, Scalapay, Maestro, Master, Paypal, Shopify pay, Unionpay and Visa.
Once we have received your package at our logistics warehouse in perfect condition, our warehouse colleagues will notify us that everything is correct and the product is in perfect condition.
Then, we will proceed to refund the amount of your Robin using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
The refund payment may take 7-10 business days.
