SPAIN: Delivery time indicated when ordering before 12 PM. If you select Correos (Spanish Postal Service) delivery, it may take an additional day. Free delivery is also available from our Barcelona store for a large area of postal codes in the province of Barcelona. If your postal code is eligible for delivery , the option will appear under " Shipping Methods ".
SPAIN | FRANCE | ITALY | BELGIUM | GERMANY: In addition to home delivery, you can choose the option of collecting from collection points ; check your best option when making the purchase.
Free Shipping: for orders over €90 in Spain (peninsular area and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (peninsular area). For other European Union countries, free shipping applies to purchases over €100, and for the rest of the world, you’ll get free shipping if your order exceeds €150.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU :
- All customs fees (if any) will be the responsibility of the recipient. If the customer refuses the package at customs, ROBIN COLLECTION SL will not be responsible for the package or any associated costs.
- For shipments to Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the shipping method is freight collect, establishing a procedure for the recovery of the corresponding Export Document ( DUA ) in the case of an export (Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands).
