Exchanges and Returns
- SIZE/MODEL EXCHANGES (Mainland Spain and Portugal only)
Need a different size or product? No problem! Select the size or product you need by accessing our EXCHANGE PORTAL and enter your order number and email address. From there, request your exchange by following the steps you'll see on the screen. It's a simple and fully automated process.
When you access the exchange portal, you will have to choose between the option of "exchange for another size or color" or "exchange for another product".
Next, you will need to choose the shipping method for us to deliver the new product you requested, and then you will need to choose one of the following steps to deliver the product you want to exchange:

- Change managed by us: we take care of the entire process.
- Self-service exchange: You can manage the shipment yourself and send it to our logistics warehouse located at C/ Treball 17, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat (Spain).
- Exchange in physical store: you can return the product directly to our official store in Barcelona, C/ Marià Cubí 195, 08021 Barcelona.
You have 15 days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.
The first exchange you make will be free (except for discounted products), from the 2nd exchange onwards the cost will be €7 which will be borne by you.
Please remember that to process an exchange, your Robin item must be in perfect condition. We will not accept exchanges of products that appear used, stained with makeup or other substances, with traces of deodorant or perfume, or that have been washed or similarly altered. Swimwear without a hygienic seal will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Remember that if you only want to exchange one of the parts, you only need to return that piece (top or panties) to us and put it in the cloth bag.
*Changes apply only to addresses in mainland Spain and Portugal. In all other cases, a refund will be required (more info below).
- RETURNS
Making a return with us is very easy. Go to our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your order number and email address. From there, request your return by following the steps you'll see on the screen. It's a simple and completely automated process. Remember that bikinis must be returned complete (top + bottoms).
Within the portal, you can choose to make the return using a gift card or the refund amount in the same payment method.
Returns will not be accepted unless they have been previously processed through the Returns Portal. Within the portal, you can choose from three options:

- Returns handled by us: we take care of the entire process. This service costs €7.
- Return at your own expense: you can manage the shipment yourself and send it to our logistics warehouse located at C/ Treball 17, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat (Spain).
- In-store returns: You can make the return directly at our official store in Barcelona, C/ Marià Cubí 195, 08021 Barcelona.
You have 15 days from the date you receive the product at home to request a return. Remember that to accept a return, your Robin item must be in perfect condition. If it's a bikini, swimsuit, or other item with a hygienic sticker, it cannot be returned without that sticker. We will not accept returns under any circumstances for products that appear used, stained with makeup or other substances, have traces of deodorant or perfume, or have been washed or similarly altered. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for swimwear without a hygienic sticker . If your order includes a Robin gift associated with the item you are returning, you must include it in the package you send back.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your package at our logistics warehouse in perfect condition, our warehouse staff will notify us that everything is correct and the product is in perfect condition. We will then proceed to refund your Robin using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The refund amount will correspond to the purchase price. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have verified that everything is correct upon receiving your Robin in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the refund and informing you that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please be patient, during the summer season packages may arrive at our warehouse but it may take us a few extra days to notify you of the refund due to the large number of packages we receive.
