Exchanges and Returns

 

  1.  SIZE/MODEL EXCHANGES (Peninsular Spain and Portugal only)

Do you need a different size or product? No problem! Select the size or product you need by accessing our EXCHANGE PORTAL and enter your order number and email. From there, request your exchange by following the steps on the screen; it's a simple and fully automated process. 

When you access the exchange portal, you will need to choose between "exchange for another size or color" or "exchange for another product."

Next, you will need to choose the shipping method for us to deliver the new product you requested, and then you will need to choose one of the following steps to return the product you want to exchange: 

    1. Exchange managed by us: we handle the entire process. 
    2. Self-managed exchange: you can arrange the shipping on your own and send it to our logistics warehouse located at C/ Treball 17, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat (Spain).
    3. Exchange at a physical store: you can drop off the product to be exchanged directly at our official store in Barcelona, C/ Marià Cubí 195, 08021 Barcelona.

You have 15 days from receiving the product to request an exchange.

The first exchange you make will be free (except for discounted products).

Please remember that for an exchange to be processed, your Robin piece must be in perfect condition. We will not accept exchanges for products that appear used, stained with makeup or other substances, with deodorant or perfume residues, nor washed or similar. Exchanges or returns of swimwear without the hygienic sticker will not be accepted.

Remember that if you only want to exchange one part, you only need to return that piece (top or bottom) and place it in the fabric bag.

*Exchanges only apply to addresses in peninsular Spain and Portugal. In any other case, a return must be made (+info below).  

 

  1.     RETURNS

Making a return with us is very easy. Go to our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your order number and email. From there, request your return by following the steps on the screen; it's a simple and fully automated process. Remember that bikinis must be returned complete (top+bottom).

Within the portal, you can choose to make the return via a gift card or by refunding the amount to the original payment method.

Returns not previously managed through the Returns Portal will not be accepted. Within the portal, you can choose between the following options:

For orders within the European Union:

    1. Return managed by us: we handle the entire process. This service has a cost of €7.
    2. Self-managed return: you can arrange the shipping on your own and send it to our logistics warehouse located at C/ Treball 17, 08940 Cornellá de Llobregat (Spain).
    3. Return at a physical store: you can make the return directly at our official store in Barcelona, C/ Marià Cubí 195, 08021 Barcelona. 
    4. Return of an exchange: we take care of the entire process. This service has a cost of €5.

For orders outside the European Union:

    • The only option available will be a self-managed return: you can arrange the shipping on your own and send it to our logistics warehouse located at C/ Treball 17, 08940 Cornellá del Llobregat (Spain). In these cases, all costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer, including shipping costs, customs, taxes, or any other associated charges. The company is not responsible for possible delays, retentions, or additional customs costs.

You have 15 days from receiving the product at your home to request a return. Remember that for a return to be accepted, your Robin piece must be in perfect condition. If it is a bikini or swimsuit or another item with a hygienic sticker, this product cannot be returned without that hygienic sticker. We will not accept exchanges for products that appear used, stained with makeup or other substances, with deodorant or perfume residues, nor washed or similar. Exchanges or returns of swimwear without the hygienic sticker will not be accepted. If your order includes a Robin product gift associated with the product you are returning, you must include it in the package you send.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

Once we have received your package in perfect condition at our logistics warehouse, our warehouse colleagues will notify us that everything is correct and the product is in perfect condition. Then, we will proceed to refund the amount of your Robin using the same payment method with which you made your purchase. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made. The refund payment may take 7-10 business days.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

Once we have verified that everything is correct upon receiving your Robin at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the refund and informing you that the amount will be reimbursed within 7-10 business days to the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Please be patient; during the summer season, packages may arrive at our warehouse, but it may take a few extra days to notify you of the refund due to the large number of packages we receive.
