CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ROBIN?

Yes. Once you have received your Robin, if you want to exchange it or simply return it, remember you have 15 days from the day you received your item. To do so, your Robin will have to arrive at our atelier in perfect conditions, as you received it and in its original packaging.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ROBIN?

Either to return or exchange your Robin you will have to follow the same procedure: send us an email to info@robincollection.com indicating in the subject whether if it is an exchange or a return and the order number. In the email you will have to include the following information:

  • › Card holder: 

Then you will have to send us your Robin to our atelier -please introduce in the package a note with the same information you have sent us via email (order number, name, email, model, size and bank account number). You will have to send it all to this address: calle Marià Cubí 195, local ZIP CODE 08021, Barcelona. You can send it via post office or via courier. Remember that Robin is not responsible for this shipping cost. If you are from Barcelona or surroundings, or you are just walking around here, you can personally come to our atelier to do the exchange or devolution. Before you do so, please call us to +34626444764 to make sure we can attend you.

If you want to CHANGE the size, color or model, you will have to follow the steps written above. Once we receive your Robin and we check it is in perfect conditions, we will refund the amount of your Robin in your credit or debit card with which you made your purchase and you will have to purchase the item you really want.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND OF MY DEVOLUTION?

Once we have received your email with all the information and your Robin has arrived to our atelier in perfect conditions, we will refund the amount of your Robin in your credit or debit card with which you made your purchase and you will have to purchase the item you really want. The amount of the devolution corresponds to the purchase you made, shipping costs not included.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY DEVOLUTION?

When we have checked everything is ok when receiving your Robin in our atelier, you will receive an email confirming the refund of the devolution and telling you the amount will be refund in two or three days in your credit or debit card with which you made your purchase.
