If you want to return your Robin you have 15 days since you receive the order at home. You must follow these easy steps: go to your order from your web user account. You can ask for a return/exchange following the steps you can see on the screen. All the procedure is automatic, and you will receive an email with your request confirmation. The next step is to send us the products to be returned to our logistic warehouse. You can do it by your preferred courier or postal service. Please remember that Robin does not bear the cost of the shipment for returns.

*If you are in Spain-mainland you can exchange your Robin for another size, color, or model for free (for the first exchange -not applicable to discounted items-). Next exchanges will be also possible, with a cost of 6€ done upfront by wire transfer). To do that you must follow the steps described above. 

If you are from Barcelona or the surrounding area, or simply pass by here, you can personally come to our Atelier to make the exchange or receive your refund. Before you do this in person, please call +34 934996785 to make sure we can assist you.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned without their original hygiene sticker. The bikinis must be returned as a pack (top+bottom). If your order includes a gifted Robin product that it's linked to the product you're going to return, you need to add it to the package. Remember to avoid transport issues, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check your status. As soon as we check that the item(s), possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.


Once we have received your email with all the information and your Robin has arrived to our atelier in perfect conditions, we will refund the amount of your Robin in your credit or debit card with which you made your purchase and you will have to purchase the item you really want. The amount of the devolution corresponds to the purchase you made.


When we have checked everything is ok when receiving your Robin in our atelier, you will receive an email confirming the refund of the devolution and telling you the amount will be refund in two or three days in your credit or debit card with which you made your purchase.
